My Dirty Little Secret.

Now that the Christmas haze has begun to lift, I can clearly see that my room is in need of some TLC. How did this happen? I wish I had a magic wand, I would wave it over this mess and all my cardstock would be filed and labeled and my stamps would be catagorized. Everything would have a home and I would know exactly where it was in an instant. But I don't :0( and if I did it would probably be at the bottom of this heap!
I have watched countless videos on youtube and hundreds of blogs on the most organized rooms. Some small some spacious. Well I invite you to come with me and we will explore plastic tubs, mdf cubes, wire shelves, curtain rods and anything else that will help me clean this crap up! I'm on a limited budget so this will not likely happen in one weekend, frankly I haven't given myself a time limit. So this will be an adventure.
Enjoy the following photos! Simply Lovely!

Christmas Gifts were a Hit!!!

My nieces loved their headbands! The did a little modeling for me

This is Gracie, she just loved the purple flowers!

This is Olivia modeling, ohh la la.....
These went over so well I think I will have to do some headbands with a Valentine's theme. My sister was wondering why she didn't a pair of gloves, so I have to do another set ;0)

Katscrappiness Design Team Project * December*

Cute & Fast Christmas Gifts

I was wondering what I was gonna get my nieces for Christmas this year and I came up with these!!!

My nieces love headbands!I added these Purple Layered Flowers to soft fabric headbands I purchased at Target. I stitched the flowers where the headband seams were and cut out a square of  felt and hot glued it in place to cover over my stitches.

I made a matching headband and glove set!  I found the gloves at Walmart for $1.40! I want a set for myself now. I think this would be a great teen gift too! If your not crazy about Red & White Flowers, just email Kat and let her know what colors you are looking for!

I wanted to try a beanie for my youngest niece and this little Snowman  looks right at home! The fleece beanie was only $3 at Walmart. ( My son saw it and wants one too!)

These gifts were inexpensive and so super easy to put together. Check out the video here & here, its's a two parter! The girls are gonna love them! I will post pics of the girls wearing them after Christmas.
Stop by Kat's Esty Shop  for Felty Christmas goodies ;0)

A Felty Christmas Greeting!!

It's not too late to make Christmas cards, but you better get on the ball!! I love these felt  Christmas Tress , they look like something that belongs in Whoville!

I used kraft cardstock as the base of the card and used papers from Recollections "Jolly & Bright" paper collection I found at Michael's. I punched holes for the "ornaments" with my Big Bite and used glitter brads I again found at Michael's. I thought it came out cute! Let me know what you think!
